- Delivery times are shown when you check out. If the available shipping option has tracking options you will receive tracking information via email. When the item is not in pre-order, shipments are expected to be posted within 24 hours of a business working day. Please check your email account to find your confirmation email. - For any errors in address or shipment enquiries, please email support@chloeting.com immediately so we can rectify the issue before the item is posted.
- Please contact support@chloeting.com if your item has not arrived after the stated timeframe and please consider the shown days are business working days, and delays may occur during holiday periods.
- We have a strict no refund policy for change of mind so upon purchasing you acknowledge this. Please do not purchase if you are unable to allow for unexpected delays in addition to the stated delivery times. For any issues with the items, please contact support@chloeting.com
- Some countries have additional import taxes and duties that need to be paid. Depending on the courier service, you may be asked to pay for such duties upon delivery. Please contact support@chloeting.com for a refund of these fees into your original payment option.
